We were looking for a new place where we can try a good Shisha and food & dessert . So, we decided to visit Haze Restaurant Lounge located in Richmond Hill, ON. If you’re looking for a phenomenal food / dining experience, look no further than Haze Restaurant Lounge. Their menu is a culinary masterpiece, offering an incredible selection of dishes that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit a true pleasure. Haze Restaurant Lounge is a lovely place. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city in spite of being in the city . There’s an ample parking space around the building. The place has the huge indoor seating arrangements and the seating arrangement is super comfortable and spacious. The staff is really nice, friendly and kept following . The food menu is great and there are many choices to choose from. The shisha menu is great and there are many flavours to choose from and they also offer quite a lot of small bites options to choose from. Pricing is decent, good value for money and the place is more suitable for a group of people.

Very good place for hookah, the food and the atmosphere is also great. Our server was very polite and they kept changing our coals timely. Overall great service!

I had been meaning to try this place for a long time and finally ate here today. We ordered Limonala and Mangonada drinks. These were very delicious. For starters we got Cheesy Garlic Bread Bites and Chipotle Jalapeno Poppers. The poppers are a must try. We also got Rose Linguine and Portobello Chicken for main course. The portion sizes were good and the food was delicious. For dessert we went for Blackout Torte and I reached heaven after the first bite. And of course got Cappucino too. Our server Umar was pleasant and respectful. His recommendations were on point!! We were able to redeem a 25% coupon. Definitely a must visit!!!

I have to say, I was blown away by the incredible customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was nothing short of amazing. Jessica served me. she was attentive, friendly, and always had a smile on her face. The food quality was also top-notch. Every dish was prepared with care and attention to detail, and it was clear that the chefs used only the freshest ingredients. And the flavor of the food! Oh my goodness, it was simply divine. Each bite was bursting with flavor and left me wanting more. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. The customer service, food quality, and flavor of the food are all top-notch. I can't wait to come back again!

It was surprisingly a very good experience overall. Food was amazing, ambiance was cool, service was quick, staff was great. What else could you ask for on a Sunday evening!! We tried a couple of their burgers, jalapeno poppers, pasta, drinks, everything was delicious. Burgers were especially amazing, with generous sized perfectly juicy patties, and balanced sauces. Good job!! Highly recommended!!

Everything we had was delicious, hot and served quickly. Service from waitress was excellent and manager took time to come from kitchen to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Amazing halal options, we had the NY steak, beef lasagna and honey garlic wings and all very impressive and delicious. Salad was so good we fought over it!
